1) Shipping Fees
- Worldwide Free Shipping on all orders—no minimum spend.
- We may upgrade to an express method at no extra cost when available.
2) Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
- Personalized items (name/number, patches) may require +2–4 business days.
3) Delivery Timeframes (Business Days)
- EU / UK: 5–10
- USA / Canada: 6–12
- Asia–Pacific: 5–12
- Middle East: 7–12
- Latin America / Africa: 8–15
Times are estimates from dispatch and can vary due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.
4) Duties & Taxes (DDP)
- For most destinations we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)—import duties and VAT are included in your checkout price.
- If a destination cannot accept DDP, the order will ship DAP and the carrier may contact you to settle local charges before delivery. We will notify you if this applies.
5) Order Tracking
- A tracking link is emailed once your parcel departs our warehouse.
- Tracking may update after the first scan by the destination carrier.
6) Address & Delivery
- Please provide a complete street address and a reachable phone number.
- We can revise the address before dispatch; after dispatch, changes depend on carrier ability.
- Deliveries to PO Boxes, military addresses, hotels, or remote islands may require additional time or an alternative pickup method.
7) Split Shipments
- Items in the same order may ship in separate parcels to speed up delivery. Each parcel will have its own tracking number.
8) Missed, Refused, or Undeliverable Parcels
- If the carrier cannot deliver and the parcel is returned to us (wrong/incomplete address, unreachable recipient, refusal of delivery), we will contact you to re-ship for free once. If the second attempt fails, the order may be canceled and refunded minus any non-recoverable logistics costs.
9) Lost or Damaged in Transit
- If your parcel shows no movement for 10+ business days beyond the estimate, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the last scan/delivery with photos and your order number.
- We will file a claim with the carrier and reship or refund after verification.
10) Pre-Orders & Backorders
- The estimated release/arrival date is shown on the product page. Your order ships as soon as the item reaches our warehouse. If other items are in stock, we may ship them first.
11) Customs & Import Compliance
- We provide accurate descriptions and values on all documents. Certain countries may request ID or tax numbers for clearance; timely submission helps avoid delays.
