1) Return Window
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).
2) Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- With original tags/labels attached and in the original packaging (polybag, size sticker, accessories)
- Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of use
Please try on jerseys indoors to keep them in returnable condition.
3) Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized items (custom name/number, patches)
- Final Sale / Clearance items marked as such on the product page
- Gift cards and downloadable content
- Free gifts or bonus items not returned with the main order
4) Exchanges (Size/Color)
- Exchanges are accepted for size or color of the same model, subject to stock.
- You return the original item; we ship the replacement after inspection.
- We cover outbound shipping for the replacement; the return-to-warehouse postage is covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5) Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item
- Report within 7 days of delivery with photos/video of the issue and the outer label.
- After verification, we will replace or refund and cover all related shipping costs.
6) How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), reason, and photos if applicable.
- We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.
- Pack securely and include the RMA code inside the parcel.
- Share the return tracking number with our team.
Parcels returned without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
7) Refund Method & Timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD after items pass inspection (usually 2–5 business days from receipt).
- Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
- If the parcel was shipped DDP, refunded taxes/duties follow carrier/clearance rules; where not reclaimable, those amounts may be excluded unless the return is due to our error.
8) Partial Refunds / Rejection
Returns may be rejected or partially refunded if items are used, missing tags, or not in resalable condition. We will notify you with details.
9) Missing, Late, or Lost Returns
Please use a trackable service. If a return is lost in transit without tracking, we may be unable to process the refund.
10) Bundles & Multi-Item Orders
For bundles or buy-more-save-more promotions, returning part of the bundle may recalibrate the discount. Free gifts linked to the order value must be included or may be deducted from the refund.
