1) Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using spainjerseyclub (the “Site”) or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
3) Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4) Products, Pricing & Availability
- We may change products, specifications, images, and prices at any time.
- Displayed colors can vary by device and may differ slightly from the physical item.
- If a pricing, inventory, or typographical error occurs, we may cancel or refund the order.
5) Orders & Payment
- By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the payment method you select in USD.
- We may accept, reject, or cancel any order (for example, for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or unavailability).
- Promotions and discount codes are subject to stated conditions and time limits.
6) Personalization & Custom Names/Numbers
For customized items (e.g., name/number, patches), please enter information carefully. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Customized items may have different processing times.
7) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
- Orders ship to the address you provide. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier where permitted by law.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
- Title to goods passes to you when the order is delivered to your address as shown by the carrier’s records.
8) Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within a defined window and condition requirements as stated on the Site and at checkout. Items must be returned in resalable condition with all tags/packaging. Customized items and marked final-sale items are generally not eligible except where required by law.
9) User Content (Reviews, Photos, Messages)
If you submit reviews, photos, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You confirm you own or have rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate any law.
10) Acceptable Use

- Interfere with the Site’s security or operation, perform automated scraping without permission, or introduce malware.
- Misrepresent your identity or attempt to bypass purchase limits or fair-use controls.

16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Cook County, Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
17) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any conduct that, in our discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful, illegal, or inappropriate.
18) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, governmental actions, or internet outages.
19) Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
